Liquid Galaxy project

TOP TOP TOP task: Liquid Galaxy on Virtual Machines for everybody

ATTENTION: this is not the same task as https://codein.withgoogle.com/dashboard/task-instances/5587068323889152/ On the 288 you have to take the work developed by other students and improve, here on 152 you have to create your own. Please do not send same files to both or your work will be not approved.

Students, we're on the "lasts" weeks of the contest, remember the timeline here https://developers.google.com/open-source/gci/timeline. It's been a long journey and we always want to give you credit of your great work, wherever we reuse it as an Open Source organization.

This task is a be a mentor yourself task and improve, and also Welcome to Open Source (reusing others work)

We're sharing with you with some of the tasks (maybe approved, maybe not) developed by GCI students around the concept of using VirtualBox to have a working instance of Liquid Galaxy on a single computer .

Task is:

  • read all proposals in this drive https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/16I7aTvWZ2LxA5U36ZCx8qQX5p4_dX8ES?usp=sharing. (this does not mean all the ones presented)
  • install them (when you have the system ready is easy to do others)
  • think how you can improve the system, making use of others jobs
  • create your own pdf and do a .mp4 video describing it. We also apreciate a nice design (like the one from student Qazi, congrats!)

And last but never least: after we choose the best doc/video in the upcoming days, we'll publish tasks to use it and testing our apps there.
