TOP TOP TOP task: Use Liquid Galaxy VM and test Liquid Galaxy for Education project
Plenty of students have worked on a VM Liquid Galaxy installation, and the ones selected are those : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1OTsMnwP7du5Qp3aBXJ2X1CU-w9fvADM5?usp=sharing Take a look at the excelent work of this students, and choose whatever option you want.
Using this system we want you to test our Liquid Galaxy for Education project, developed by GSoC 2019 student Ivan Colomer. Note than you also will require a Android tablet, as the controller is not available for smartphones (due to screen size requirements). Also note than LGxEDU also works with a regular n PCs Liquid Galaxy (not using Chromebooks), look for a switch on the app admin to do this.
First take a look at this video to get a clear idea of the project https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmckpRzw5i8&feature=emb_title
Then go to our github and install it: https://github.com/LiquidGalaxyLAB/LGxEDU
Task is:
- Install or have installed the Liquid Galaxy VM system with 3 vm's (not two)
- install the whole LGxEDU
- create a 2-5 minutes video explaining the system and explaining the troubles you have found and what do you think about the project for schools. Remember that the video must show at least the three main parts of the project: finger navigation, poi navigation and quizes, at least one.
There will be a series of tasks like this one, where you'll have to install our applications and record a video.
