Apertium translation pairs are of all different ages. We have updated our default README file to be more standard, but many pairs still have old README files.

For this task, you should choose a translation pair with an out-of-date README, take a default README and README.md (from apertium-init, either automated or manually), incorporate information the existing README, and submit the updated version in a pull request to the translation pair's repository.

Examples of repositories that need to be updated are apertium-isl-eng, apertium-fra-cat, and even apertium-srd-ita.
