Currently begiak (Apertium's IRC bot) bothers users with [m] in their user name to change their username every time they sign in. This gets annoying for users who really do want to keep the "[m]". Allow a "dismiss" option as described in the comments for the issue associated with this task, implement it, and submit a PR.
