Website: Add and Enhance the "Contributors Section" for the FOSSASIA GCI site by using the Github API

OBJECTIVE

We have put up a website at https://gci19.fossasia.org. We want to develop a nice website all kinds of features for Google Code-In. Please add features and improve the "Contributors Section" using the Github API. Please make sure to use APIs.

REQUIREMENTS

Implement and improve the section for viewing contributors to the FOSSASIA GCI site repo
Use the Gitlab Api to display contributors: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/repositories.html#contributors
Make a pull request to merge your changes to the original github repository of https://gitlab.com/fossasia/gci19-fossasia-org

EXPECTED OUTCOME

A nice looking contributors section on the GCI FOSSASIA site.
