Extruded bitmap (EBM) images from database object, implement solid edit support (#6 of 5)

It turns out that EBM objects are directly read/written by mged's classic "solid edit" editing interface. All the code for this task resides in src/mged/edsol.c

You can access the solid edit interface by going into solid edit mode on an ebm object. This can be done via the gui or with the 'sed' command (e.g., sed object).

For this task, you'll need to update the interface with the new 'name' field so that it first compiles. However, then you'll also need update the user prompts so that they are appropriate or file or object data sources. The code also presently assumes the ebm name is a file, so you'll need to add a little bit of code to see if it's an object or file and prompt appropriately. You'll also need to add support for specifying and/or changing whether the data source is an object or a file.

SUBMIT a patch file with your changes.
