BRL-CAD
Design any shape in LibreCAD, import it to BRL-CAD and extrude it to make it 3D
NOTE: LibreCAD is not a part of BRL-CAD. You have to install a binary package of LibreCAD or build it from Source (separate Task).
Design any shape you like with LibreCAD. Save the design in DXF format and use the DXF file for import in BRL-CAD.
In BRL-CAD extrude or revolve your shape to a 3D model. To learn about 3D modeling in BRL-CAD, find and finish separate tasks first.
SUBMIT:
- a screen shot of the 3D model in BRL-CAD
- the 2D DXF file
- the 3D model in BRL-CAD ".g" file format
- a text explaining your shape, what is it, why this shape
