A certificate template is available to organizations/ individual who can then issue certificates to many individuals. Organizations/ individual would be required to give the details for mandatory fields in the certificate like name, what certificate is issued for etc and appropriate validations should happen before the certificate is generated. You are advised to use Angular Validations for this task. The example can be whether or not the date of issue/name/description on the certificate is visible and correct as filled by the issuer.
