Convert SPARC Annul Slot Email Explanation Into a Documentation Section
The URL on this task is an email from Jiri Gaisler explaining how a single line of assembly code that one would think is executed based on the trace is actually not executed because of a feature called an "annul slot". This is tricky to understand and this email should be converted to Rst/Sphinx and cleaned up to be a section in the SPARC CPU Supplement of the RTEMS Documentation Set.
