Your task is to create a new moban template language plugin. This is a 'high' difficulty issue in the 'moban' project. Here is the issue:

Issue #54 Template type: Slim

To complete this task, you are required to create a new repository containing the moban plugin. The repository must contain three test files that the moban plugin can successfully process.

Do not publish the new plugin on PyPi as part of this task.

Please use the moban project emoji style commit messages in your new repository.
