Wikinity: Implement coordinate converter to allow users to use more coordinate formats

Problem & proposed solution
Wikinity is a tool allowing everybody to find unphotographed objects near given geographics location. Wikinity allows users to specify the location by: a) article name on any Wikipedia b) Wikidata item number c) coordinate.
