GCI Wiki Study is a new small statistical study using requests on Wikimedia databases created recently for Google Code In. We want to have a small logo for this study. See Create an XTools logo for a similar task in the past of logo creation. The logo in question could remain familiar with that of XTools, but do not hesitate to propose other ideas. It can be just a colored text "GCI Wiki Study", or a text with a drawing. Don't limit yourself to a single proposal if you have several ideas.

Vector graphics editor skills like Inkscape or Illustrator are required. Please avoid programs like Photoshop and Gimp. The file shouldn't have any non-SVG part even included in itself.

Please upload your SVG file on Wikimedia Commons, the Wikimedia media file repository, with appropriate title and description. Add category GCI Wiki Study 2018 when asked.

In a second step, render study main page https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:GCI_Wiki_Study with each of the proposed files as the top left logo. This second file will be used to see how will be rendered your logo, and if necessary how other elements of the main page can be improved. See documentation to insert the picture to the page. As only a render is needed, don't save the page with your logo, use only the "preview" function of the site.
