The format of links to pages on other wiki languages and projects is incorrect in some cases.

You should have set up a development environment for Wiki Education Dashboard before claiming this task. (There is a task called "Set up the Wiki Education Dashboard development environment" for this!)

The place to start debugging this is probably lib/wikitext.rb.
