Knowledge expectations

Students should know something about Python, knowing Django is plus.

Problem

All actions that are made by admins in the admin interface are logged and one can see who changed what. This isn't true for changes made by ticket owner. This task is about logging those changes as well.

Expected outcome

You should propose a patch to Wikimedia Gerrit, see tutorial.

Student is expected to claim the task on Wikimedia Phabricator when claiming this task on the GCI site.
