In the UploadViewer component, all categories are prefixed with "Category:", this is superfluous as they are already grouped under heading "Categories". Also, link the categories to their respective pages on Commons. The urls for categories on Commons follow a certain pattern: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:{Category_name} Example

To complete this task:

1. Set up a development environment https://github.com/WikiEducationFoundation/WikiEduDashboard/blob/master/docs/setup.md
2. Find the appropriate file containing the UploadViewer component.
3. Make the required changes and commit them with meaningful commit messages.
4. Submit a Pull Request with a screenshot of the changes you have made.
