Knowledge expectations

Student is expected to have seen (and ideally edited) some HTML code, working with Django templates is plus for this task.

Problem

Muting notifications is implemented in backend, see trackerprofile.muted_notifications, but you cannot set this value in frontend. Allow users to check what notifications they want to mute in /my/details (tracker/user_details_change.html).
