[python] Update dependencies of netdiff

OpenWISP

In this task you will help us to update the dependencies of netdiff, a library used by our network topology module.

Clone the repo, install it with python setup.py develop and run the tests.

Find out which dependencies are outdated (a badge is shown in the README, click on it), update them, run the tests again and if there's any error find out how to fix it.

When ready send us a pull request.
