[python] Update dependencies of django-netjsongraph

OpenWISP

In this task you will help us to update the dependencies of django-netjsongraph: the base module for the network topology collector and visualizer of OpenWISP.

Follow the instructions Installing for development and run the tests.

Find out which dependencies are outdated (a badge is shown in the README, click on it), update them, run the tests again and if there's any error find out how to fix it.
