[devops] Get started with Linux Containers (LXC and LXD)

Some time as developer you need to test your solution in your local envirment.

LXC (Linux Containers) with LXD are very useful tools to spin up light VMs on your linux local machine.

Follow the tutorial at https://linuxcontainers.org/lxd/try-it/

Then, do the following:

Configure the LXD server on your local Ubuntu 18.04 machine
Following the same step of web-try locally

Once done, please make a screenshot of a terminal window after you complete each section. Remember to show your username & output of the command: lxc list in each screenshot. Then share with us the screenshots with us!
