Prerequisites:

• Task: OSGeo: Download OSGeo Logo
  • Follow the instructions of that task to
    • Download Inkscape
    • Get the OSGeo emblem

Material:

• osgeo-emblem-inkscape-<nick>.svg
• Inkscape

Notation

<nick>: the nick (or login name) you have on the GCI program

Steps

• Copy osgeo-emblem-inkscape-<nick>.svg file to the fileOSGeo_advocate.svg
• Open OSGeo_advocate.svg with Inkscape
• Make a OSGeo Advocate's badge
  • You can use all, or part of the OSGeo Logo
  • Use your imagination
  • No PNG, JPG etc injected on the SVG file
• Include in your comment a link to an Inkscape tutorial used
