Include a back-to-top button in image-sequencer
The image-sequencer currently does not have a back-to-top button when we scroll the page and after it has a certain area to cross(let's say after adding some images to the sequence). We need to implement a back-to-top button with smooth scrolling effect to make it easier to go back to the top.
