There is a Progress Bar shown above Input Fields. When you click on an Beneficiary on the list of Beneficiaries, input fields should be absent and when fetching is done, the progress bar should be displayed. Given that the progress bar is not displayed, this task is considered complete when the progress bar gets displayed upon fetching data.
