DestSol - Implement Factions

DestSol has some primitive code for factions, but it's not really used anywhere. Almost all the AI is based around being an ally or enemy of the user, and does not really have any intricate details like factions, inter-faction wars, changing allegiances and so on.

This task requires the student to implement factions in a very basic form, so that they can be defined by modules, and each ship can then be added to a module. Also required is the ability to visualize which faction a ship belongs to.
