The globe-viewer is a 3D visualization of different language pairs.

Add a functionality for the globe-viewer where clicking on a point on the globe should center the globe on it and open a modal. The modal should look like this (ignore the states). The center node should be the point you clicked on, and it should show all its pairs. The color of the connections should be based on the repo, and the thickness of the connections should be based on the stem count. All the nodes should be labeled.
