[NEPHOS] Update Pipfile Dependencies' Version

The version of dependency Nephos Pipfile is locked on to are outdated and Github reports of moderate level vulnerability in the version of requests used.

The following commands can be used to install pipenv and see all it's arguments.

pip install pipenv
pipenv --help

A student is expected to send a PR with the updated Pipfile.lock
