Introduction

CCExtractor is a tool to extract subtitles/closed captions from video streams. It's used by universities for research purposes, as well by regular users that want to extract captions from various formats.

The task

We've added a nice collection of samples (see the link below). Your task consists on processing those files with the latest CCExtractor (currently at 0.87) and generate the output for both 608 (analog captions, still default) and 708.

Then write a short report for each file that shows what captions were present and if timing is in sync or not (you do this by playing the file in VLC using the generated subtitle file).
