Currently, Nephos is not available as installable but rather needs to be run from the Github clone itself. It is desired that the current setup.py file be completed with necessary details which can include listing dependencies, files to be copied and more, and Nephos be made installable with pip install . in the Nephos directory.

You can look here for reference on how to create the setup.py file. It will require some modifications to the setup.cfg file as well.
