Look for missing options. But don't use the Windows GUI as a reference, because that one itself is also missing things! You need to check the command line tool instead.

And here's, there's two things to do: 1) First, check that the command line tool help screen (which appears if you run it without parameters) is not missing anything either (hopefully not, but possible). All parameters are in params.c (the help screen is there too) so that's a matter of checking things out carefully, but it's not hard. If there's anything missing, add it to the help screen and send a PR. 2) Whatever is missing in the QT gui, add it. Of course add it in the right section. You can even create new sections if needed.
