Introduction

CCExtractor is a tool to extract subtitles/closed captions from video streams. It's used by universities for research purposes, as well by regular users that want to extract captions from various formats.

The task

Create simple, plain and beautiful landing pages for GCI and GSoC students with all the CCExtractor related information curated at one place. We plan to host it on ccextractor.github.io , so feel free to explore and submit static webpages or Jekyll website.

Note: Don't use the existing website as a reference. We want a great landing page, and our existing (as of now, hopefully it will be fixed during GCI) is terrible. We know that. So well, assume you can come up with something completely new!

Note 2: Being inspired by other websites or templates you see is OK, just copying them is not.

Note 3: If you use an image you find somewhere (pictures, icons, whatever) make sure it's OK to use it (check licensing). There's lots of free images around so there's no need to use any without permission.

Requirements to complete this task

We expect the source files to be submitted, as well as a render of how the finalized design would look.
