This task is a follow up from task https://codein.withgoogle.com/dashboard/tasks/5327787146608640/ You can develop it directly if you want, but it's preferible you do the 1/2 before.

We want you to program a short Flutter application that can be the base for an app for the LG.

STEPS:

  • Install the Flutter SDK (https://flutter.io/docs/get-started/install)
  • Install the Android Studio SDK and Flutter plugin for it
  • Create a sample Flutter application project in Android Studio from File > New > Project...
  • Modify the file /lib/main.dart in your sample application with the content of the sample code mentor and Flutter specialist Chema has written for you in the file https://github.com/jmolins/google_code_in/blob/master/lib/main.dart
  • Run the application and look at the container with one arrow pointing to the right
  • Remake it to be a 4 arrow (instead of the one presented) pointing up down left right. Like a joystick to be used for controlling the LG.

  • Send to our lgcodein@gmail.com address the code you developed,
  • post it here.
  • and also to both places send a half page pdf explaining what do you feel trying Flutter and how was your experience, adding a picture of the end result with the four buttons.
