Use Sketchup 3d design program to create the .STL files
Keyring has to be not larger than 4 cm by 2, by 1 deep

Send 2 files, not compressed, the .STL file and a png screenshot of the Sketchup design with a perspective view, to our lgcodein@gmail.com address.
Publish it too in the selected task of your Google Code-in dashboard for mentor review and approval.
