TOP TEN TASK: Make a Docker Container Image of LG

This task is a TOP TEN TASK, meaning the mentors will have notice of the people doing it for winners selection. While not necessary it will be nice to have this one approved.

For the time being, LG needs to be installed manually through the installation script located in our Github repository (https://github.com/LiquidGalaxyLAB/liquid-galaxy/blob/master/install.sh) The aim of this task is to define a docker container with all the requirements that are needed for LG to run that could be used to directly install LG on a new machine through docker.
