A-Frame is an open-source web framework for building virtual reality experiences using HTML, CSS and Javascript technologies. Build with A-Frame a VR environment related to Liquid Galaxy. Here you can be very creative. An idea to start with could be doing the Liquid Galaxy logo, and then decorate the environment. Remember that you can add interaction with the world and everything you want, although always trying to be related with Liquid Galaxy Project. Also, you can create your own 3D objects and textures using Blender and Sketchup and include them in the project. The only limit is your imagination! An VR glasses such as Oculus could be useful to test your code, but they are not needed. You can test your code just using Google Chrome browser.
