Create a template for "business cards" that can be provided to PostgreSQL user groups that they are able to hand out at various conferences or events. Requirements for this work must be as follows:

• The license must be Creative Commons.
• This must be your original work.
• The final format must be provided in a few different varieties of an editable form, such as an editable PDF where text can be entered by the user for content and an additional file with a source file (the raw image format created using Photoshop or Gimp). Please provide a PNG or JPG of an example of what it would look like with all the information filled out.
• There must be enough categories that the recipient would understand the purpose; for example, there must be a blank entry for the location, time, and date of the next meetup along with the topic. There should also be a field for contact information, social media, and/or a website link.
• It can be double sided or single sided.
