The United States PostgreSQL Association, affectionately known as PgUS, is a IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity that has the intention of supporting the growth and education of PostgreSQL, The World's Most Advanced Open Source Database, throughout the United States.

Your task will be to fork the official repository (https://github.com/pg-us/pgusweb) hosting the PostgreSQL US website (https://postgresql.us/) and propose a patch / pull request that contains a form in which board members can record resolutions in addition to information relating to who voted on the resolution, what the resolution is along with a description, and what the resulting votes are.
