Create an accessibility policy for a conference that provides support for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, blind, and vision-impaired attendees. This policy must include descriptions and support to ensure all attendees may equally learn and participate during the conference. If possible, during your research for this task, discuss the task with someone with a similar medical condition that impairs their ability to otherwise interact during a standard conference. What are their concerns? What would they like to change? What assistance would they like provided? How can each conference best address their needs? Similar information could be found by contacting national organizations or non-profits focused on these groups or looking through their online resources.
