Upgrade pg_backrest Tutorial to use PostgreSQL 11
The current version of the pgBackRest tutorial was written for PostgreSQL version 9.4. The most recent version of PostgreSQL itself is 11, so the user guide is currently a little out of date.
Your task will be to first, read through and understand the user guide, then, test it using PostgreSQL 11. Discover any bugs with this process and understand why they're there, and adjust the tutorial as necessary to make it applicable for PostgreSQL 11. Your submission should be either a stylized document or be written in simple Markdown. Highlight any changes or additions made.
