[Fabrik] Create sample code templates for Keras to use the exported models
The goal of this task is to create a sample code template for Keras where the user can just plug in the exported model's name to use the model. If possible, include an option to download the sample code template along with the exported model. Update keras_json_usage_1.md with a link to the code template.
