[EvalAI] Show default selected leaderboard
Currently if a leaderboard phase is selected and the user switches tabs and clicks the leaderboard tab again, the chosen phase is shown in the dropdown but the leaderboard itself is not shown. Change the code so that the leaderboard is shown based on the previously selected phase.
