[EvalAI] CLI using Docker
EvalAI-cli can be distributed using Docker. Using Docker will keep host clean, it will have all the dependencies included, it will make the CLI portable and will ensure hassle-free updates using Docker. It can be done by making an image of CLI, alpine can be used as a base image. Further, you can make a wrapper of it and it can be directly run as $ evalai.
