The goal of this task is to add filters that disables layer selection based on the user's choice of framework. For instance, selecting the filter "Keras" should only allow us to add layers that are defined for Keras. Implement this functionality for three user choices: Keras, TensorFlow and Caffe. The user can select more than one filter at a time (For instance, Keras and Caffe).
