[EvalAI]Generating new API Authentication Token
API Authentication Token is used by CLI for Authentication. There should be a feature in which a user can create a new API Authentication Token. Just like api/user/get_auth_token endpoint, create api/user/new_auth_token endpoint that can be requested from frontend. Network Monitor in Browsers will be your helper.
