[EvalAI] Add "Update Profile" and "Change Password" buttons to mobile
The desktop version of EvalAI shows two buttons at the bottom of the profile page: "Change Password" and "Update Profile". However, these two buttons are not visible when accessing the site on a phone. Make a PR that adds these functionalities and submit the URL here.
