[Fabrik] Create sample code template for Caffe to use the exported models
The goal of this task is to create a sample code template for Caffe where the user can just plug in the exported model's name to use the model. If possible, include an option to download the sample code template along with the exported model. Update caffe_prototxt_usage_1.md with link to the code template.
