[Fabrik] Upgrade TensorFlow to a higher version
Currently, Fabrik uses TensorFlow version 1.4. Newer versions of TensorFlow have support for more layers. Experiment with upgrading TensorFlow to a higher version (Try 1.10, 1.9 and 1.7). Report errors (if any) that occured due to the version upgrade (For instance, "import worked in 1.4 but not in 1.7" and so on).
