[EvalAI] Add validation before sending invite to other team members
Currently there is no validation method when a user invites other team members. The goal of this task is to show a notification on invitation success after closing the modal of email invite. Refer to Issue 552 on GitHub (https://github.com/Cloud-CV/EvalAI/issues/552)
