KDE Connect is an open-source application which provides integration for your phone and your desktop, such as allowing you to use your phone as a wireless trackpad and presentation remote, or for replying to incoming text messages from your computer.

KDE Connect allows to run command on connected devices via the Plasmoid, but it doesn't let you open the run command settings on the remote device.

This task is about adding a button to the plasmoid that opens the settings on the remote device. It should:

1. Be only visible when the other device supports adding commands
2. Be visually consistent with the other buttons
3. Trigger the RemoteCommandsPlugin's setup method
