In AO-17 we added support for including external links about an addon. However, people still need to add the actual links to all existing add-ons that we're indexing.

For this ticket, go through the add-ons-to-index.json file and, for each add-on:

find its source code (usually github.com/openmrs/openmrs-module-xyz) find its documentation (usually on wiki.openmrs.org in a page with the same title as the module) include these in the add-ons-to-index.json like in this example be sure to use rel="source" and rel="documentation", written exactly like that This task is straightforward, but it's very large. It's fine to do just some add-ons at a time.
