You should complete the task GCI-Task before work on this task. 

So you have created a survey to collect the knowledge about the EMR among people. You need to share that public link among your friends, relatives, and neighbors to collect the data. After that follow these steps for the submission

We expect you to collect at least 20 responses, and add your total responses count to the PDF submission.

Submission Steps

1. Share the survey public link and collect the data
2. Find some interesting information on the question 1,3,4,5 only.
3. Create the pi-charts based on the responses
4. Generate the Excel or Google sheets for the submission, and change the privacy for the public read-only view. Then mention that link in your PDF document (it should contain the submission date)
5. Create a PDF with those four pi-charts followed by the questions
6. Upload only that PDF to the GCI dashboard for the evaluations.
