Add an app description to MusicBrainz Picard. AppStream adds standardized descriptions of applications, that can be used by different application stores and installers. E.g. GNOME Software and KDE Discover make use of it to display a nice overview of software with description and screenshots.

Steps:

1. Add an AppStream XML file, use org.musicbrainz.Picard.appdata.xml as a starting point and extend it with a proper description, more URLs and other suitable data (see AppStream specifications)
2. Make proper screenshots (2–3, of the main window and the options window)
3. Make sure the AppStream XML gets installed to /usr/share/metainfo/

Once completed, submit a pull request with your changes to the GitHub repository, and respond to any suggestions and requests by the Picard developers until the pull request is approved (you do not need to wait until it gets merged).
